About the Studio

Keith Bogart, I spent ten years teaching and coaching at other people's studios in LA. Out of a desire to take a different approach to an acting studio, in 2014 I opened Parallax Studio. I create a positive ego-free environment in which I foster growth with a focus on process instead of results.

Sydney Laurel Harris, a senior Alexander Technique teacher, I teach the technique to actors at Parallax Studio and train future Alexander teachers at Alexander Training Institute of Los Angeles.  Using this process I gently guide actors to become aware of unconscious and habitual reactions to stimuli, to let go of interfering patterns and to ultimately have an easier deeper connection to their emotions.
